Deborah Beran has been a full-time resident of Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia, since 1988 and has in-depth knowledge of this beautiful resort area. She is an Associate Broker and a has earned the designations of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS).

Deb represents buyers and sellers with the highest level of professionalism and customer service. For sellers, she provides professional marketing services as a Certified Resident Specialist (CRS). In addition, she specializes in buyer representation as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

Deb is a member of the Smith Mountain Lake Chamber of Commerce and the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce. Among the many charity events she sponsors are the J. Robert Lauer Golf Tournament to support Hospice Services, the Rusty Coffman Memorial Golf Tournament to support the Cancer Treatment Research Foundation and the Rally for a Cure to support the Susan G.
